How should fudge and cookies be stored?
If you have any left to store (and I'm not here to judge either way!) it's best kept in a sealed container at room temperature. If you've ordered Cookie Dough, it's best kept in the fridge. Cookies are best kept in their wrappers.
Is your fudge suitable for allergy sufferers?
PLEASE BE AWARE:
All my fudge contains milk and I also use nuts in the kitchen and so the risk of cross-contaminations means that I cannot guarantee nut free products. Other ingredients added may contain wheat and other allergens such as soya and eggs. Your order comes with full ingredients and if you're ever unsure please get in touch.
What is your returns policy?
As all fudge and cookies are made to order, I am unable to accept returns or cancellations, however I never want to see someone unhappy with anything I make and will always go out of my way to fix any problems 😊
When should I expect my fudge to arrive?
Firstly, please double check the delivery address you're leaving. I maybe good, but I can't be held responsible for sending to the wrong address if that's what you've typed!

Your order will be posted in 5 working days.
All parcels go 1st Class Royal Mail and sometimes things may go astray, so if you've not received your parcel please get in touch and I'll do my best to get you both reunited!
Can I add a gift note?
Of course. Leave your message in the notes section when placing your order.
Where do you deliver to?
I use Royal Mail and post to the UK. I also deliver to the EU, however please contact me.
